Anne Judson-Yager is from Boulder, Colorado. She has called Los Angeles home for over 20 years and is a professional Actress, Healer, Doula, and full-time MOM of 2 magical kiddos. She is a humanist, an advocate, and a free spirit.

Getting straight to the point, Anne believes in access to health and wellness for everyone! While she fully believes in providing care for anyone who crosses her path, Anne’s emphasis is on supporting and advocating for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and the Global Majority.

When Anne was a kid, she was either playing basketball or make-believe with her friends. Happily leaving the Rocky Mountains cold weather, she moved to LA to pursue her acting career in TV and Film. She starred in the cheerleading sports film Bring It On Again, was featured in Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report, and co-starred in the award-winning indie basketball feature Believe In Me. She can also be seen on The Orville, NCIS, and House M.D. FUN fact, Anne impersonated Miley Cyrus in a hilarious YouTube parody that has over 1.5 MILLION views!

Anne is passionate about helping others in need. She is instinctually and deeply moved to heal, advise, and sometimes, defend our common humanity. She believes in the science of touch, with over 10 years of experience, as a professional Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. Anne’s core wellness values influenced her to become a Kundalini Yoga and Pilates Instructor, over 5 years ago. Her personal experience of maternity and motherhood shaped her private Doula practice. Anne is an ally for social justice, committed to learning and empowering within her community.
